Luís Bernardo
CEO
Former journalist and founder of TVI, he has been a communications consultant and specialist in political marketing for almost 30 years.
He was communications advisor to two Portuguese prime ministers and was responsible for various political and marketing campaigns.
He has coordinated various events, such as Portugal’s presidency of the European Union and summits, including NATO, EU-Africa, EU-USA and EU-Brazil.
He was Communications Director of Sport Lisboa e Benfica and of various companies and institutions, such as Group SAG, Unidas Group, UMP, IS, Iusy.
António Galamba
General Manager
A business consultant for more than ten years, he was Civil Governor of Lisbon between 2009 and 2011 and a member of Parliament between 1995 and 2009.
He has coordinated various political campaigns for local, regional, legislative and European elections and referendums.
He was a candidate for mayor of Caldas da Rainha in 2005, a councillor until 2009 and leader of a group of elected representatives in the Vila Franca de Xira Municipal Assembly.
For more than a decade, he ran an IPSS in Caldas da Rainha.
He has been a weekly columnist for more than 10 years for a national newspaper.
Joana Réfega
Communication Direction
She has been a communications consultant and press officer for 18 years in areas such as health, politics , higher education, tourism, economics, culture and the business sector.
She was press officer for the Ministry of Health and communications consultant for the Economic and Social Council.
In the health sector, she has worked in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacies, professional organisations, hospitals and medical-scientific societies.
She was a journalist for several years, working for RTP, Expresso and Notícias Magazine, among others.
Ângela Braga
Communication Direction
For more than ten years she has worked in Communications Consultancy and Press Office.
She was Communications and Marketing Director of the Media Capital Group and press officer for the President of the Supreme Court of Justice.
In the 19th Constitutional Government, she was an advisor to the Deputy Minister for Regional Development, with responsibilities for coordinating political communication in the post-Troika period. She was also assistant to the Minister for Administrative Modernisation in the 20th Constitutional Government.
Until she moved into communications consultancy, she was a journalist at Rádio TSF for almost a decade.
Pedro Arnaut
Digital & Social Media Direction
He has been working in the digital area for over ten years and was in the Portuguese Football Federation, where he took part in the start-up of the organisation’s digitalisation project.
He coordinated Sport Lisboa e Benfica’s social networks in a bid to internationalise the brand.
He was an advisor to Música no Coração in 2010, when he was part of the organisation of some of the biggest festivals in the country – Super Bock Super Rock and Sudoeste, among others.
He has worked at Central Musical, a pioneering company in the livestreaming of live and in-room events, and at agencies such as Live Content and Dentsu.
Hugo Jesus
Creative Direction
He has been working in the creative field for over a decade.
As a designer, he worked for Design and Communications Consultancy agencies, such as Havas, Mediaway and Cunha Vaz & Associados. He has worked on communications design, editorial design, event creation and management and brand activations.
He has worked with brands and organisations such as the Angolan Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Volvo, Sagres, Lidl, Sonae, LeasePlan, Optimus, Rituals and Mimosa.
Natália Silva
Events Management
Working with WLP since 2012, she is responsible for coordinating, organising and producing events.
With vast experience in the field, she has already coordinated several Galas, Conferences, Seminars, Forums and other various events for customers such as Media Capital, namely CNN Portugal and TVI, Altice, Somincor, the Constitutional Court, CIP, CISCO, the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, NOVA University of Lisbon, the Luso-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, GEPAC – Cultural Strategy, Planning and Assessment Office, the Directorate-General for Energy and Geology, among others.
Internationally, she helped organise the MIP – Portuguese Real Estate Show in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, Brazil, and the PRES – Portugal Real Estate Show in Beijing and Shanghai, China.
Ricardo Gonçalves
TV AND FILM DIRECTOR
With a degree in audiovisual techniques and more than 20 years of experience, Ricardo Gonçalves is in charge of WLP Innovation’s audiovisual department. Throughout his career, he has produced several documentary series, including “Marcas com História” (Brands with History) (CNN Portugal), “Reservas da Biosfera Portugal” (Biosphere Reserves of Portugal) (RTP) and “Atelier d’ Arquitetura” (Architecture Workshop) (RTP2).
His love of advertising also runs through his veins, having trained in photography and art direction. He was responsible for Altice Portugal’s advertising to promote 5G and directed CNN Portugal’s digital launch campaign. He also directed the Postcards for Eurovision 2018 (RTP1), one of the most watched television events in the world.
Versatile and creative, his work reveals a great sensitivity for filming people and telling stories.
Sara Gomes
HEAD OF PRODUCTION AND CONTENT
Multifaceted, with a great passion for writing and addicted to good stories, she has directed the production and content of several audiovisual projects.
She began her career in Portugal as a journalist, but in 2010 she moved to London, where she joined the BBC World Service team and was a correspondent for the weekly newspaper Expresso. Back in Portugal, she has vast experience in producing content for documentary series, such as “Planeta A” (Planet A), a Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation project on sustainability (RTP1) or “Príncipes do Nada” (Princes of Nothing), with Catarina Furtado, about the work of NGOs around the world.
For cinema, she was the content director for “TONY”, the most watched Portuguese documentary ever in Portuguese cinemas. She is currently developing a fiction series.
